Proven in our past pilot program, one of our test subjects program had a huge velocity gain of 8 mph in only 6 weeks! Players in this program ranged in ages from 10-23 and had an average of 3-5 mph gain. The greatest gains came from those who attended ALL sessions in the 6 weeks.

For a hitter, each 1mph increase in exit velocity results in an increase of carry of 5 ft. on average. Therefore, an increase of 5mph off the bat averages 25 more ft. of carry, a game changer for hitters.

Increasing throwing velocity means throwing out more runners, striking out more hitters, and simply showing much better to college coaches.

 

How's It Done:

Increased mobility through the pitching motion allows for greater load to the power producing muscles of the pitch. Greater load = greater explode or power!

Amateur baseball players lack the necessary strength training to reach their overall potential in terms of throwing velocity and bat speed.  Through the combination of correcting mechanical deficiencies and applying the proper functional movement exercises to a players training program, pitchers have shown dramatic increases to their pitching velocity and overall pitching delivery efficiency
