ESA BIRTHDAY PARTIES AND GATHERINGS

Elite Sports Academy is the ideal setting for birthday parties, team functions and corporate team building gatherings. Our staff is more than happy to work with you to make sure your event is unique, memorable, and most of all fun for everyone.

Winter Party Availability (November-February) is limited!

Current Party Availability for January and February (Updated 11/25)

January:

January 11th: 4:00-6:00pm
January 12th: 3:00-5:00pm
January 19th: 3:00-5:00pm
January 25th: 2:00-4:00pm or 4:00-6:00pm

February:

February 1st, 15th and 22nd: 2:00-4:00pm or 4:00-6:00pm

Spring/Summer/Fall party activities will take place on the inside turf or outside on our backyard turf field (weather permitting).

$279.00 Package Includes (up to 15 guests; $10 each additional)

**Tips are not included. If our staff does a good job, tips are appreciated**

1 hour and 20 minutes of chaperoned games and activities plus 40 minutes in our party room.
Choice of 3 large pizzas, $15 additional pizzas

Unlimited beverages (Lemonade, Iced Tea, Filtered Water)
Generic paper products and utensils
IF YOU WISH TO BRING ADDITIONAL FOOD YOU MAY DO SO. WE DO NOT HANDLE BIRTHDAY CAKES.

Note: A $10 fee applies for each additional guest beyond 15. (1 additional pizza will be included for every 3 guests added beyond 15)

Dodgeball, Kickball, Outdoor Batting Practice (in season), Wiffleball, Obstacle Course, Floor Hockey, Capture the Flag, Soccer, Tug Of War, Flag Football, Moon Bounce ($30 extra)

To check availability and get your party scheduled:

FIRST email us at parties@elitesportslv.com with preferred dates/times
After a date is confirmed a completed birthday party form is required
Set up your ESA account and apply a $50 nonrefundable deposit to reserve the date/time. Log in and choose "Fund Account".
A few days before your party, simply email us with a head count.

BIRTHDAY PARTY FAQs

Is lunch provided for full day campers?

No, full day campers will provide their own lunch. Fridays are pizza days. We collect $5 for each camper during the week and will provide pizza, popcorn and beverages for the campers. 1/2 day campers leave before lunch. A morning snack is provided for campers each day.
What should my child bring each day?

A water bottle, towel on hot days, sneakers, wear active clothing, many kids bring some money for extra snacks.
What is the check in/check out procedure?

Children must be checked in with our staff upon arrival and check out at pick up.
What is the refund/cancellation policy?

Full refunds for weekly campers are given one week prior to the camp start date. After that period, there are no refunds. There are no refunds for annual passes.
Is there a per day option?

We don't have online registration for daily admission. Single full day camp is available at $45 per day; $30 half day. You must check space availability the week prior for per day camp. Stop in or call us at 610-928-0230 to check availability and to be added to the weekly roster.
Is the facility air conditioned?

Our lunch room is air conditioned. The main indoor turf area is not. We do have industrial size fans to provide air flow. On hot days, it does get hot indoors. We make sure the children are sufficiently hydrated and play water sports to keep them comfortable. The children do quickly adapt to the warmer environment.
